Serving as an homage to the evolution of GORE-TEX craft, the
GORE-TEX brand and ettresex® explored the intersection between fashion and functionality through an installation with a narrative that delved into the natural elements where the ePE membrane resides.

The installation embodies how functionality finds its place in an urban environment, merging the silhouettes of the nordic dark forests with the bright contrasts of the city. The displaying of the pieces is not merely a demonstration of functionality, but a celebration of them as a conduit for expression, design and sustainability in an urban context. 

It explores the life a functional garment adopts in relation to its environment and modern use. As we continue studying the juxtaposition of GORE-TEX Brand as a prominent player within both practical and experimental use, Future Envisions embodies the evolution from a functional fabric to a cultural icon.
